Due to changing circumstances I will not be returning to university next year. Therefore my room is for sale.

It is one room in a four bed house in the Hyde park area (address is 20 Welton Grove). This house is a 10 minute walk from the university, and a two minute walk from the closest Sainsburys.

The rent is £105 per week with a £369 deposit.

Your housemates are three lovely girls all moving up into their second year of university. They are honestly some of the best people I have ever met
