This is an ad for someone to take over my tenancy at 1 Granby Grove, Headingley. It is a very big house, shared between 4 males and 1 female- all very sociable and friendly.
This bedroom is located in the basement, and includes an en-suite (shower, sink and toilet). It is a big sized room, with plenty of storage space. We share a kitchen, a living room and there is also an extra toilet upstairs for any guests.
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from around the start of August time (can be discussed) and this will be up until June 2023. I have already paid the first rent instalment therefore meaning less for you to pay overall, and no deposit is required for this. You are more than welcome to come and view the house beforehand, and more photos are available upon request. The bills are included in the price (£591 per month).
The area tends to be quieter, and is full of students so you never feel lonely. There are 2 sainsburys located at around a 5 minute walk from the house, and a 24 hour spar about a 20/ 25 minute walk away. This house is near the cricket and rugby stadium, and has quite a fair few pubs located around. There is a bus stop about a 2 minute walk from here, which takes you directly into the city (about a 10 minute journey). There is also a pharmacy nearby, and a few restaurant/ dessert chains so it’s easy to enjoy a night out around this area.
The landlords are very lovely and are there for anything that you may need! I am moving out because I have decided to transfer to a different university, however I am very sad to leave this house and the people behind. You are more than welcome to ask any questions.
