I'm relocating for a new job and need someone (preferably female) to take over my tenancy from 1st March 2025 to 30th June 2025 (dates flexible). The move in date is flexible, although only after 15th February 2025. The tenancy can be extended beyond June 2025 by renewing the contract.

The house has 3 rooms and 1 bathroom (overhead shower + tub), separate washer and dryer, glass top hob, 1 large fridge freezer along with a dining area and shared living room with a large TV.

The existing flatmates are students and very friendly and clean and are looking for someone similar (female only).
