Hi we're looking for someone to join our house share. We're looking for either male/female to join us from beginning of May 2023 for a double bedroom. We’re mixed sexualities, so LGBTQ+ friendly.

We're good people who like our own space. We're all easy going professionals/students working in or near the uni and live near Hyde Park Corner in Woodhouse. The house is 5/10 minute walk from Leeds Universities and 20 minutes walk from town. There are shops and bars/pubs close too.

£395 per month, Bills charged monthly under 1 price of approx £130 (current price) this includes, gas/electric/water/ council tax/ Wi-Fi/tv and tv license plus cleaner. This totals to £530 per month but subject to change.

The room is a good sized double with desk, large wardrobe, and drawers - the house is a good size. We're relaxed people who enjoy cooking, a few beers, and outdoor activities. We're respectful and keep a tidy house.
