This tenancy starts on the first of July 2025 and I will have just finished uni, hopefully starting my professional career. It is a two bed flat in the centre of headingley (facing headingley taps) with both rooms having en suites. It is £145 pp/pw including only electricity so we would need to sort the rest of the bills ourselves. Council tax is band B. I am looking for a sociable flatmate who likes both nights in and out and easy to get along with.
