I am a PhD researcher looking for someone to join me in this beautiful and amazingly located apartment. Situated in Headingley and near the University of Leeds, it is ideal for students looking for a short commute to university or professionals wanting a more pleasant place to stay. With easy connection to the city centre and on-site parking, you are connected to everything you could want.
The room and apartment
This is a recently renovated two-bedroom (double) two-bathroom apartment. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and storage space. There is a bathroom just outside for your use (I use the one upstairs), so although it is not officially en-suite, it is still private. The apartment has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen open-plan dining, kitchen and living area with a large TV. Utility bills, WiFi and TV licence are all included. To those professionals liable for council tax the apartment is band B though, as I am exempt, it is discounted to £100 per month which is charged extra.
Location
The apartment is located in a beautiful and historical manor house only a 15-min walk to Headingly Centre or the University. There is an amazing public transport connection with the bus stop on the doorstep taking you to the University in 5-min and the City Centre in 15-min. If you drive there is on-site parking with EV-charging available.
