Hello! I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my flat from March. I'm moving to Denmark at the end of February. The tenancy runs until the end of June - the 30th.

The flat is on Headingley Lane, just up the hill from Skyrack.
Set back from the road in a small, nice estate - enclosed. Neighbouring flats around (and a neighbourhood cat!).
Nearby to Sainsburys & central headingley. Pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Good bus routes into town.

Council tax band A.

120 square-foot room. Ground floor. Fully furnished. Shared bathroom.

Current housemates - one PhD student and one teacher-in-training. Quiet household, but social. The other two have friends round on occasion, including for a knitting/craft night 🧶. Everyone's very friendly:) a mixture of PhD students and graduates. Weekly pub quiz trips & occasional cinema outings.

Viewings available with notice. Phone call queries welcome.
Meeting/talking to the housemates is essential.
