Hello potential lodger,

We are a quirky gay couple living in a five bedroom house looking out to the Gareloch with our 5 well behaved loving pets. If you are not a cat or dog person then this isn't for you.

Within our rather brightly decorated home there are plenty of places to chill alone or socialise with us.

We have a large garden and the rocky beach is across the road if you like the outdoors.

You will have use of one of the three bathrooms in the house. We have one bedroom on offer that has a small wardrobe, TV and DVD player, set of drawers and a double bed as well as space for a desk or an armchair. Linen and towels can be provided fortnightly.

We often have guests staying who help in the garden (always meeting any covid related restrictions).

Both of us are currently working from home . Our current lodger works in the real world.

The local Coop is a short drive away. Buses are every hour going in both directions. Helensburgh is 20 mins drive and Glasgow is an hour or so drive (2 hrs on public transport). We have plenty of parking.

Happy to negotiate for inclusive dinner and food at an extra £100 per month.
We would cook dinner and you would be able to help yourself to breakfastables and lunch etc.

We are looking for one person to join a respectful household and you'd be expected to clean the areas that you use - bedroom, bathroom etc.

We would require a reference and small deposit along with first months rent before moving.
