Sadly my flatmate is moving to away and I need to find a new one! We are proud to say that our flat is probably one of the most peaceful and cosiest flats in town and you will be sharing it just with one flatmate aka me (lol), a 26 y. o Spanish young professional. Here's all the information about the flat:

- Rent is £390 per month.
- Bills (gas and electricity) are around £40 per month each, sometimes it can be a bit more sometimes a bit less)..
- 3 months contract
- The amount for the deposit is £400
- The room is already available.

Now sorry to be picky but I've got some requirements for my next flatmate. We've always been a boy and a girl in the flat so I'd like to keep it this way. So ideally, the right flatmate for me would be:

- A female (preferably in her 20s).
- A native speaker of English (not compulsory but it's a brownie point since I want to speak English at home as much as possible).
- A non smoker.

Again our flat is characterised by its peacefulness. We keep it clean and tidy all the time and I'm looking for someone who will contribute to our good vibes! Also I'd like to add that I'm not just looking for someone to live with but to share with which means a potential friend! Someone to chat with, watch films, go to the gym and those kind of things! So unfortunately no party animals here!

You would be living right in the city centre! Everything is within walking distance as Princes Street & George Street are literally 30 seconds away.
