This is a very large double room for rent. The room is all-furnished. The rent is 660/month all bills included. The room will be available from 11th June 2021

We have a lovely and warm flat! It has a decent size kitchen, living room, very big balcony, a big and always clean bathroom and a lovely communal garden.
You will be living with a couple: Venezuelan woman, a French man, and 2 other flatmates yet to come. we like sharing time in the kitchen while we are cooking. We like arts and we are all very creative in the way we decorate our flat. We are looking for a friendly person who likes to share time with everyone in the flat. We like keeping our flat clean and tidy, we sometimes have parties but not many. What is really important for us is SHARING, we like to share from time to time the food we cook, we share the oil, spices, toilet paper, salt and so on, because we like the family-community feeling of our flat, we are all sensible and we are looking for someone with the same attitude. We do not want people who keep themselves in the rooms and don't share anything. We like taking collective decision about our flat, specially with Covid, this is crucial for us.
We have a rota for cleaning in order to keep our flat clean and tidy, you will have to deeply clean a section of the flat weekly, whatever day you can, in this way our flat is always enjoyable. Keeping our place clean is also VERY IMPORTANT for us.
Please before messaging us think well if you are happy living in community where we care for each other. Not only the idea of it, but actually practicing it. Also our cleaning standards are very high, please bare this in mind, these two are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR THE FLAT.
We are 10min walk away from Herne Hill rail station where one of the trains goes to Victoria Station in less than 10 min and all the way to North London in 20min.
Opposite our flat, just a two minutes walk, there is a bus stop where you can take: 68 (24-hour bus) and 468 they go to Camberwell, Elephant and Castle, Waterloo, Holborn, Euston... You can take the bus P4 which takes you to Brixton Station or Lewisham. Also down in Herne Hill station you can get these busses: 37, 3, 196, 322, 201, 468 and 68. We are very well connected.
