We are sub-letting a cosy small double room near Herne Hill in Dorchester Court, a very lovely community in SE London. The room will be available beginning October 2021 and we are looking for people to stay for between 8-12 months. If you’re unsure of timings let us know as we can be flexible.

🏠 More about the flat: the flat has 3 rooms, you will be sharing with another 2 people. There is a bathroom and separate toilet, a good sized kitchen, and a really spacious open-plan living/dining room with space to co-work, do exercise, hang out, generally share. We also have a lovely large balcony with sofas which is busy in the summer with hanging out. The flat is on the first floor and there is a lift.

🚇🚌✈️ We’re 10 mins away from Herne Hill station, Dulwich and Camberwell, with amazing Brockwell and Ruskin parks close by and Brixton is only 20 mins walk away. Herne Hill and Camberwell have lots of restaurants, buses and activity.
