We are 2 girls looking for a third girl to join our lovely flat in Brixton.

Our flat is on the bottom two floors of a typical Victorian terraced house. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room; a bright, well-equipped kitchen, a garden, and an understairs cupboard for extra storage.

The room you will be renting is located at ground level facing the garden. It comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and large bookshelf.

The room is super cozy, bright and fits a foldable desk if you wish to work in your room. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of us- toilet, sink, and bath/shower. Both mattress and carpet have been changed in the last 2 years!

The rent is £727 per month and the deposit is £694. There are no admin fees as we deal directly with the landlords.

Bills come to around £130 per month, and an extra £4 if you want to share our Netflix.

The flat is perfectly located 5-10 minute walk from both Brixton station and Herne Hill station, meaning you have the best of both worlds. It is also a stone’s throw away from Brockwell Park and a large Sainsbury’s supermarket.

You will be sharing the flat with me (Maddi) and Jasmine. We are 29 and 28 respectively and are looking for like-minded sociable people of similar age who enjoy a relatively quiet week and like catching up in the weekday evenings over some TV and food.

Normally on the weekends, we like to make the most of London by catching up with friends, eating out, going to local pubs, cooking, watching trashy telly, going to the Ritzy, visiting galleries, etc...

It's important to keep the shared areas nice and tidy. We follow a weekly cleaning rota, as well as always paying bills on time and being respectful in general. There is no smoking inside the flat.

The move-in date is 1 March.

We will be holding viewings next weekend on Saturday 27 in slots of 40 minutes. They will be held at 10 am, 10.40 am, 11.20 am 12.00 pm, 12.40 pm and 1.20 pm.
