Double room available on Railton road half way between Herne Hill and Brixton which comes fully furnished 🙂
Plenty of space for working from home as the room is very large. There is also dishwasher, washing machine and big screen TV at the house.
Would be living with one italian professional girl and one english mature student both 23 years old.
We tend to cook and hang out as much as we can, especially during covid-19, whilst we also respect eachothers privacy and space.
The house itself is short walk to Brockwell Park. And its 10 min away from the Brixton Station. Large living room with dining table, which is perfect for working from home. We have a large outdoor terrace which is perfect for the summer. It’s a residential road, there is no noise from outside. And perfectly located next to a corner shop 🙂 Bills come approx. 70 pound (pcm) per person, which covers the utilities, council tax and wi-fi.
