We are on the hunt for a flatmate to share our beautiful and much loved Herne Hill home.

The flat is a first floor two bed in a converted Victorian house right on the edge of Brockwell Park. There is a bright and spacious living room/dining room with a big bay window and sunshiney modern kitchen with garden view. The room available is a lovely double at the front of the house with loads of storage (double wardrobe and drawers), comfy bed and bedside table. The shared bathroom is recently redone with rainforest shower and bath.

Bike storage is available in the communal hallway.

We are a couple of minutes from green and gorgeous Brockwell Park with its iconic lido, and ten minutes' walk through the park brings you to the cheerful pubs and restaurants of Herne Hill. There is a farmer's market on Sundays which has persisted despite lockdown and is perfect for a weekend stroll and a coffee. Transport-wise, Herne Hill is a 15 minute train connection into London Victoria, Blackfriars or London Bridge, or we are a ten minute bus ride to Brixton for the Victoria line.

El is a doctor and Jez is a pilot, although currently working as a bike courier for a flower delivery company (free flowers anyone?) and we are friendly and relaxed. We both work hard, are active and outdoorsy, and pretty chilled when at home. We love the flat and take good care of it.

Bills are all included and we have a cleaner every other week.
