Looking for a new flat mate to move into a good sized double room with doors onto the garden. There's a bed and wardrobe already here but also lots of space for your own furniture.

It's a two bed flat less than 10 mins walk to Tulse Hill station and similar time to Brockwell park. There's a garden out the back and a big open kitchen/lounge area.

I've lived here nearly two years and it's a happy flat, clean and laid back and has a lot of space so feels relaxed. Feels like home. Looking for someone who wants to live in a similar way.

Bills are approx 150 each per month on top of rent. Available mid November onwards
