Lovely four person house in Herne Hill!

It’s a good sized first floor bedroom with a window looking onto our private garden. Included is the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Currently living in the house are three young professionals, 2 females and 1 male age 26-29, and a mixture of WFH and in the office. We're all fairly busy throughout the week but we hang out in the evenings when we’re in and go to the pub etc. whenever we get a chance!

Great location - just a 5 minute walk or so from Herne Hill with lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the train station with regular trains into central and a 10-15 minute walk to Brixton tube/train on the Victoria line. Also just a couple mins walk to Brockwell Park.

The rent is £907 + ~£130 bills monthly.

We keep the house nice and tidy and do a weekly cleaning rota.
