Hi!!

I am currently a tenant at this lovely Herne Hill flat, and looking for someone to takeover my room as I will be moving in with other friends.

You’ll be living with my lovely housemate who is super friendly, easy going and tidy. She works in a kitchen so is out some evenings and weekend days, and can otherwise be found baking, exercising or spending time with friends.

We tend to keep things clean and chill and love making it through a good series together, so would love to find a similar vibe.

The flat is right next to Brockwell Park with:
- Direct buses to brixton (Victoria line)
- Direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Farringdon and King’s Cross
- Direct buses to central London passing by King’s College

Looking to move in February and renew the lease in April. My bedroom furniture will be coming with me so the room will be an empty canvas to make your own.
