Hi!

I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in our bright and cozy top floor flat in Herne Hill, as she is sadly moving in closer to home with other friends.

She and I keep things clean and chill, and love spending time together cooking, watching a good show, or going to the market on Sundays, and it would be great to find someone with a similar vibe!

I currently work in a kitchen nearby, so I tend to be out some weeknights and some weekend days, and otherwise love to spend my time outdoors or with friends, reading, cooking/baking, or exercising. I’m originally from California and have been living in London for about 6 months now, so I love meeting new people and exploring the city! I’m also creative and love filmmaking and music.

The room itself is nice and spacious, and the flat is a lovely open floor plan with lots of natural light, located right next to Brockwell Park with:
- Direct buses to Brixton (Victoria line)
- Direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Farringdon and King’s Cross
- Direct buses to central London passing by King’s College

We’re looking for someone to move in late February and renew the lease in April. She is taking her bedroom furniture with her so the room will be yours to do what you want with it.
