I am looking for someone to replace me as soon as I move to my own flat. The sofa is L shape leather vintage - I am open to offers. I am happy to keep it to myself or sell it if a good offer.
The flat is NOT suitable for parties. Neighboors are families with small children.
You are welcome to come see the flat before making a decision. It’s an absolute bargain in a great area! I cycle everywhere from here but Brixton tube ( VERY short bus ride ) or overground (15-20min ride ) into LBridge / Farringdon / kings X all within 3-5 min walk.

First viewings will take place this Friday 14th.
