Double room to rent in a beautiful quiet country cottage.

Bedroom - furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror etc.

Single room available instead at a slightly lower cost if preferred.

Shared shower room with one other person.

Bills included.

Shared living room, dining room, kitchen etc and access to a very large garden.

Must have own transport as there are is no public transport links. However is 5min drive to Beaconsfield, 10min to High Wycombe and 15min to Amersham so well placed for commuters.

Ideal applicant would be a 5 day (Mon-Fri) let but other arrangements would be considered. Must be friendly with dogs as I currently have a small well behaved dog. I am a busy professional who works long hours so it is a mainly quiet household.
