5 min walk to station. 15 minutes walk into town. 10 minute walk to the Rye.
The house has been recently decorated. New carpets, boiler, kitchen, wooden floor etc.. it is warm, comfortable which has been thoughtfully put together.
I have one single room available, there is a lovely person in the double and I live in the third room but am away at least half the week.
The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with power shower and bath.
The three bedrooms are up upstairs.
There is also a small garden with seats outside for the spring/summer months.
I am looking for a lovely person to rent the single room. A person who is respectful of others space but also with the spirit to create and contribute to a homely atmosphere.
