I am looking for a student to take over my contract, as I have transfered to a different university.

This ground floor room is spacious, and includes an en suite, double bed, a large desk, computer chair, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk lamps and TV. There is wi-fi and plug in access to high speed broadband. The shared kitchen area has a joined communal area which is fitted with modern facilities.

The only fees are a £500 deposit which is refunded at the end of the contract if the house is in the same spec you entered it in when you leave.
