Your room is available from 10th November (or potentially before) as the lovely couple who are in there now have just bought their own house

Your room is on the middle floor of the house, is fully furnished with nice IKEA furniture and there is room for a tv area/a dance floor/a yoga area due to the size! There is also parking.

Within the house, you’ll have full use of everything you'll need: kitchen-diner, separate lounge, washing machine, garden, shed, BBQ, outdoor table/chair, ironing board, kitchen equipment etc etc, all is new/good quality!

Gas, electricity, water, speedy broadband, tv and any other bills are all included.

Short or long term let fine no problem

Main bus route/bus stop 3 min walk, tube/train 10 min drive away!

About me: 33 year old female, work close by, very easy going (can provide references ;-)) as long as the house is kept tidy/clean. Tend to be away every other weekend and usually a night in the week too. Spend my spare time with friends/boyfriend, cycling, gym, cooking, drinking wine, the usual stuff I guess! Have lived on/off with housemates for years, some for up to 5 years, all friends now still. You’ll be sharing the house with myself & an Ozzie called Bridget! Pop in for a cuppa with us, come have a look!

Don't mind if you're a person who keeps yourself to yourself or someone who wants to mingle! As long as you're VERY tidy/clean and are happy living here, which I hope/am sure you will be, it's all good. As I’m not around much, it wouldn’t suit someone who is looking for a new bestie, but we definitely chill together on the sofa a fair bit
