The house has been recently decorated. New carpets, boiler, kitchen, wooden floor etc.. it is warm, comfortable and has been thoughtfully put together. The windows have also just been upgraded to double glazing.

I have one double room available.
The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with power shower and bath.

The three bedrooms are up upstairs.
There is also a small garden with seats outside for the spring/summer months.

I am looking for a lovely person to rent the third room. A person who is respectful of others space but also with the spirit to create and contribute to a homely atmosphere.
