The room is actually studio size - big enough to be a spacious bedroom and sitting room. It has a lovely chandelier, wooden flooring and period furniture.

This let is ideal for a 30+ mature professional person who works from the office. It's available for a full-time let (£975), or Monday to Friday (£775). Monday to Friday contractors are very welcome. Foreign nationals are very welcome.

The let is available from January 1st

It's not suitable for full-time students, anyone under 30 or anyone working from home. The household is quiet, with music and films via headphones. This is accommodation of a very high standard. That means you will have to keep the room and the house very clean and tidy, and to care for and look after the house carefully and properly.

The house is near Arsenal tube (5 min) and Highbury & Islington tube. (15 min) - handy for the City and the West End.

The house's other two occupants are friendly and easy-going professional people.
