Looking for someone to join my stunning Highbury barn flat between end Feb and 15 March as my housemate is moving out with her boyfriend.

We love the place (hence why I’m not moving out) and want someone who will also appreciate the space.

High ceilings, crown moldings, massive backyard and shed with heaps of storage both in the room and around the flat.
Both rooms are the same size and get heaps of natural light.

I’m a professional in her mid-30’s, active and love cooking/hosting dinner / wine with friends when I’m not travelling for work or fun (which is often) but appreciate keeping the home vibe chill and hope you are the same. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished and really feels like a cozy home.

The location is a dream - bus stop is 2 mins away and takes you straight to Highbury and Islington station or Angel. Also a short walk to the canonbury overground. Two minutes to the Highbury barn high street with grocery shops and the best coffee/snacks/Italian deli. 5 minute walk to Highbury field and 8 minute walk to Clissold park (join for tennis?)

We have 1.5 bathrooms + a “creativity room” that leads out to the back garden which is private and just for us. We have a full laundry / wet room with full size washer and dryer.
