Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely flat in Highbury Fields (N5), as I’m moving in with my partner.
You’ll be living with Liv, who works in finance and is a busy gal with all her hobbies - such as gym classes, travelling, tennis and netball. She’s also partial to a pint or 5 at the pub! Liv works from home 2-3 days a week and tends to be out and about most afternoons.
The bedroom comes with the bed & base, side drawer and a decent size cupboard.
Rent: £1,125 pcm for the first two months then will increase to £1,200 pcm in July
+ bills which tend to be £150-200 pcm depending on the season!
Deposit: £1,298
Move-in date: 16th May (flexible by a few days if needed)
