I am wanting to let out my flat to a single person when I travel. This is a quiet retreat, with amazing views over London and onto trees . There is very little clutter, everyone’s says the flat has a great atmosphere . As soon as you open the front door you will feel it. I am keen to find a quiet person who will respect my neighbours, as there is literally no noise from neighbours and we want to keep it that way ! This flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift so you will need to be happy with that, it is worth the climb ! There is unlimited internet (plus net wired through BT cable ) that I find very reliable. No TV but bedding, washing machine and everything you need to cook in the small kitchenette. Please note there is a small private entrance hall, shower room , and separate bedroom . This is a small bijou flat with fabulous view from the bedroom and living room, the heath is a 5 minute walk and the ponds are 10 mins away. No traffic noise , all you hear is the birds.
