Hi guys,

I have a double room available in a nice 2 bed flat in Archway, im looking for someone chilled, respectful, tidy and clean (emphasis on clean😉) who is looking for a likeminded home. Happy to live with someone who keeps to themselves and does their own thing as well as living with someone who can become a good friend.

Ive lived here since I was a child so its more of a home than a randon flatshare between 2 people, im constantly trying to improve the flat and ensure its cosy as possible. Its a little rough around the edges as its an old building but has character.

I work in sales/events which includes 2 days wfh, im into gym/fitness, travel, dining out and grabbing a pint and a pretty big football fan, so there will be a fair bit of footy on. I like to keep the flat a nice chilled space to relax and unwind, but if theres good reason to turn up, im keen.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, book shelf and side table, along with a black out blind.

I will be giving it a fresh lick of paint and providing a few new bits so the room will have a slightly fresher look. The flat is on the third floor no lift just as an fyi, they’ll keep you fit!
