A small double bedroom is available from 16th October in our 3-bedroom flat in Highgate (North London).

The flat is a 10-minute walk from both highgate and archway stations (northern line) and is in a lovely green and peaceful area.

The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe which has a lot of storage space, and double bed. The flat is extremely bright, has a very spacious living room with views of central London, a separate kitchen and is newly refurbished (2022). The building has a communal garden, parking, bike storage and a concierge.

You will be living with two easy going girls (Charlotte and Lucy - both in our 20s) who like music, books and reality TV. We enjoy hanging out, watching movies together or trips to the pub when we can!

We are looking for someone who is tidy and sociable but also someone who is happy to have their own downtime.

Rent is £886 a month (Heating and hot water is included within the rent) and bills come to around £100 a month.
