We're looking for one flatmate to join us in our Highgate village shared flat on the upper levels of a Victorian house conversion. Big room with built in desk, shelves, plus a huge closet with 3 mirror doors overlooking beautiful Waterlow Park.

You'll be living with Tom and myself, we both commute to work regular hours and keep it pretty quiet in the evenings. I teach game design at university and Tom does sports analytics, on the weekends we try get a round of golf in together or are out to see live music, play football, or go see a movie with mates. We keep it chill and upbeat in the flat, plus clean up after ourselves so the common areas are always tidy.

Six month contract, landlord plans not to renew the lease but we have the place until mid March, so hopefully will suite someone with shorter term plans.

The room will come unfurnished, we have some extra drawers and an office chair. Cleaner every 2-3 weeks. Bills come to £150-200 per month.
