The larger room(with a private patio) visible in the video is available and would be perfect for a student at UCL, LSE or SOAS (or anyone working near king's cross).

I am looking for a short term let for the patio room. The room is available from the 16th December 2024 till 9th January 2025. (Dates negotiable)

This is a modern split-floor property with a good sized patio accessible from the living area. (You get your own patio with the room too!). The property has a huge living room and a decently sized kitchen. You will share the bath with just 1 other person and there is an additional guest toilet (hence no queuing :) )
