We have a room going in our friendly Archway house share. It’s a six-bedroom across three storeys with a living room, kitchen, two small bathrooms, a utilities room and a big back garden. Unfortunately none of the rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Rent is £700pcm. Bills come to roughly an additional £110pcm, which includes water, gas, electric, internet, council tax, TV licence and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

As we're just off Holloway Road, we're very well served with amenities. Archway (Northern) and Upper Holloway (Overground) stations are a few minutes away, and there's an Aldi, Sainsburys, Tesco, Co-op, M&S and plenty of independent shops/cafes/restaurants within a five minute walk. You would be living with Lewis, Vita, Poppy, Dan and Alfie—all young professionals aged between 24 and 30 working in teaching, HR, comms and the civil service.

We're a friendly bunch, always happy to chat and hang out in the kitchen/living room, and occasionally go the pub or have dinner together. For the most part, though, we lead our own lives and are mindful of others’ time and space.

We're looking for professionals or mature students who above all are clean, tidy and respectful. The room is available from 28th November and the contract is for 12 months.
