I’ve lived in this flat for the past two years and completely love it. It’s a tree lined flat, 3 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath, and right by the ponds.

My flatmate of two years is moving out as she is buying a flat, so I’m looking for a flatmate to move in on the 16th December for 6 months. It’s a two person flat with a huge living room and office, as well as two bathrooms and a huge communal garden! The flat is pretty big (it’s actually a three room flat but they let it out as a two bed because they don’t have a HMO license). The contract is for 6 months, although there’s a chance we could extend it.

I’m a 27 year old writer and poet with a background in psychology - currently working in mental health online safety as my day job. Love reading, writing and running - so having the heath so nearby is a dream.

The rent is £875 a month (which is very decent considering how big the flat is.) Bills are around £225 a month give or take (council tax is q high.)

Looking for someone clean and easygoing :)
