Hi! We're subletting my room in Archway (N19) between the 1st of December to to mid-March! The price is 560GBP/month without bills. You'll be staying with my flatmate Michael!

Looking for relaxed, sociable and open-minded people! Overall a very respectful houseshare. We keep it tidy and respect boundaries but love to hang out.

Michael (your main flatmate) works as a musician and is one of the most fun and wholesome people I’ve met! It’s been amazing living with him. Manoela (the second flatmate) works at the NHS and stays with her partner most of the time, so the flat is usually shared between me and Michael!

The room is really beautiful with a view to the street that is full of oaks. Comes with a desk, and monitor (you can also use it if needed). The building is old but well insulated and especially your room keeps warm throughout winter, even when heating is not on.
The neighbourhood is really beautiful and filled with oaks. The flat is less than 8mins walk from Archway station and has quick access to many buses. Lots of supermarkets and shops in the area just 3mins by foot.
The rest of the flat is quite simple and functional. Fully equipped kitchen/living room. We have one shared bathroom but it never seems to be an issue as people are often away. Someone who wants to care for our plants as well would be ideal! :)

Ideally I’m looking for one person to sublet during this period but there might be a some flexibility with the timelines! There probably will not be a potential for extension.
