Looking for someone to take over my lease in a very pleasant flat in Highgate!

There's three of us in total, however one of the rooms has an ensuite so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The two other flatmates work in TV and are very easy going people to live with. The flat has a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher), a large separate living room as well as a very good size garden with a proper brick BBQ (!).

The area is very quiet, the flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Highgate tube station and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Crouch End.

I'm quite flexible on exact availability, however I would like for someone to take over my lease in mid February. You would be replacing me on the contract until the end of March. After that, the contract will become a monthly rolling contract. You are free to either only stay until the end of March or stay on after that period. Bear in mind that there will be some redecorating works carried out to the room on the week commencing 10th of February.

The flat is partially furnished (mattress, wardrobe, nightstand - however I might be able to sell the bedframe on so let me know if you'd be interested).
