The neighbourhood is really quiet, but we do live on a fairly busy traffic street. You don't hear anything from the bedroom except kids playing in their back gardens in the summer.
All the flats in the house are alarmed and our neighbours downstairs are very respectful and tend to keep to themselves. I deal directly with the landlord - no nasty real estate agents - and he's quick to respond and very helpful.

Our Council tax is Band D and I use TalkTalk and Octopus for the internet and utilities. Netflix, MUBI, C4, Now TV, TV License & Google home all included. No cleaner at present, but open to getting one if that floats your boat.

ABOUT ME
I'm tidy, relaxed & welcoming, quite arty, over 40, but live well with younger and older people, out quite a bit socially and very busy with my work.
I currently work from home 3 days a week & run a film festival on top of my day job.
I've lived with introverts & extroverts really well as I'm a bit of both and very adaptable & respectful of people’s space.
