I've really loved living here but am now moving out to live with my partner. Looking for someone to take over my contract on Saturday 25th January 2025.

There are a total of 8 bedrooms in the house, spread across 3 floors. There is a large kitchen and conservatory used as a living area with a sofa, table etc. The other housemates are really lovely, young professionals in their twenties and early 30s. There is also a garage for additional storage and a garden. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe and extra clothes rail, desk + chair, chest of drawers, chair and bedside table.

Highgate itself is lovely, lots of nice cafes and fancy charity shops, and really close to green spaces including Hampstead Heath.

You can get a residents permit if you have a car and park on the street outside (always lots of spaces). I could show you around the property Thurs 5th December in the evening, Weds 11th in the evening or Friday 13th daytime :)
