The use of a washing machine and dryer in laundry room which also has a second toilet.

We are a laid back household. I'm mainly upstairs and the 2 lodgers rooms are downstairs.

There is no shared living room.

Many buses stop nearby and we are close to Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill and Paddington Stations.
