Hello, we are Rosie and Emma,.

We are looking for friendly easy going flatmate to fill a good sized double room available in a nice spacious flat in Holloway. Available for a short/long term let from mid-Dec

Price does not include bills which are approx an extra £110 on top.

The flat is a first floor lovely Victorian build. There is a little roof garden/terrace and spacious living room.

The flat is situated within a stones throw of Holloway Road. Tufnell Park station (Northern Line) and Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line) approximately equi-distant and about a 10-15 minute walk away.

We are all working professionals and this is quite a peaceful household. We hang out from time to time in the living room and sometimes eat together. We live above a young family so generally we are respectfully quiet in the evenings, this is definitely not a party kind of house.

Rosie also has a dog named Covey (named pre-pandemic - poor chap) a 2 year old Cavachon, fully house trained and loves nothing more than a cuddle. Prospective Housemates will need to be comfortable sharing the flat with a dog.
