Hi all, (while my flatmate is away) I have a lovely double room available over January. The room has ample cupboard space, shelves, a new good quality queen mattress and a lovely view over the rooftops before Hampstead Heath. It’s the top floor apartment over two levels with a shared living space, kitchen and bathroom. All bills included gas and electricity, wifi and tv (sky, Amazon prime, Netflix). I also have a beautiful house trained golden retriever who loves people, so preference if you like dogs

Room is normally rented out on A bnb ( if you would like to check reviews or for shorter stays ask for link)

I’m very friendly, enjoy a chat as well as my own space. I am from Italy but have lived here 9 years. Please ask anything you’d like to know and tell me more about you?
