Our flatmate is off on sabbatical from 1 Oct - 21 November, and so we have a spare room to fill for that 7 week period.

We are a group of four boys: friendly, clean, busy. We all have very different jobs but are united in our enjoyment of good vibes at home, well-cooked meals and a generally fun time.

We keep the place neat but are not too militant about it. We have an in-house bike rack(!), a new (huge) kitchen table, and lots of board games (that we don't play enough). We're a relaxed and inclusive bunch, and happy to work around what works best for you.

We have four bathrooms! So you will have a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) all to yourself.

We are 7 mins from each of Holloway Road Station, Caledonian Road Station and Highbury and Islington Station - essentially perfectly connected for everywhere in London.

We're also 5 mins from the Emirates if you're into Arsenal!

We are council tax band F.
