Looking for someone to replace me in the remaining 5 months of the contract, after that you can renew the contract for another year. The room is very cozy facing a private garden, so it’s always completely silent here. Bathroom is shared with only one very clean lady. Kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. Council tax, water, internet and monthly cleaning is included in the contract, but not gas and electricity. Garden is very specious and will be great for summer sunbathing. Both other flatmates are very nice female professionals who work from the office.
