The Bedroom
A cosy bedroom that can fit in a double bed and has more windows than any other room in the house.

A cosy bedroom that can accomodate a double bed full of natural light and two large windows allowing plenty of ventilation. The room comes unfurnished allowing you to leave your mark and decide what is right for you. The bedroom is located on the second floor of the house, which is half a dozen steps up from the street. It adjoins the hallway which connects to two further bedrooms upstairs, the living room on the same floor and kitchen and dining areas downstairs.
The room's measurements are roughly 290cm x 260 x 412cm (ceiling).
While the room itself is modest, there is a real sense of space from the shared common areas.

The House & People
The 4 bed house is bright and homely. It offers a lot of space and sunlight: the big living room has floor to ceiling windows facing the street coupled with a skylight at the back of the house. Our house features two staircases, including a spiral staircase connecting our living room to the open plan kitchen and dining room. There are two bathrooms, one with shower the other with the bath. There is also a garage with handy bike racks and storage. We have great neighbours and are on a quiet street.

You will share with Amelia (Australia) a busy marketing professional regularly winning at hockey and living up London life, and Ashford (also Australian) a finance professional at a startup frequently attending a concert. We like to watch films together, chat about nothing and everything, and enjoy spending time together, but also do our own things too.

Our ideal housemate is tidy, chill and in their late 20s / early 30s. We are fine from WFH and both do it :), however ideally after someone who works from an office the majority of the time.

Location
Tucked away in a quiet street minutes away from Highbury and Islington station the location is just fabulous. Close to Upper Street, Highbury Fields and a good mish mash of pub options.
