Hey,

I am subletting my room. Move in is flexible but ideally between 1-17 July (earlier the better!). I am thinking until end of August earliest, but can extend and i’m really flexible so let’s discuss and work it out!

I’ll be clearing my room so there won’t be any of my belongings there. Room will include:

bed and mattress
wardrobe
bedside table and lamp
mirror

I am taking the drawers, desk and chair. There is plenty of space under the bed for storage and I can see if I can source some free drawers for you if that also helps!

Rent is £1000 + bills (£127). Reeeeally good location, 5 mins from Homerton station with amenities close by.

Flat is nice and spacious, maisonette style and nice big living room.

You’ll be loving with my sister India and long time friend Dominic, both in their early 30s and gorgeous! Super friendly and chill.
