I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely shared flat in Homerton.

The room is a spacious loft conversion with lots of natural light, large velux windows, on its own separate floor with a private ensuite toilet. It’s bright, peaceful and nicely self-contained.

You’ll be living with two siblings, Lottie and Oli, who are 26 and 28. Lottie works as a sommelier and Oli works in Architecture, both of them share interests in film, cooking and running.

The vibe at the flat is relaxed, friendly and independent, and the location is ideal for transport links, with Homerton overground an 8 minute walk away and plenty of buses going into central london.

Also very close to Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, London Fields and Chatsworth Road!

Room can be provided furnished or unfurnished.
