Hello, I am moving out of this beautiful flat/mezzanine house, so here I am, posting the add :)

*And just wanted to say that if you see this ad, than the room is still available*

The room is very large, with 3 large windows and lots of afternoon sunlight. There are two bathrooms and unfortunately no living room, but the room has a little couch and is large enough to hang out or work from home.

The windows are to the front of the house, but the street is very quiet and alexandra park is 5mins walk. There is also a farmers market in the next-door school sometimes (when it's not in the alexandra palace grounds).

The current housemates are all in their late 20ies. The house is a quiet zen space, where we like to come home and relax, so no parties please, or too many guests :)

The house is super clean, so the ideal future flatmate appreciates the cleanliness (can be OCD :) and sustains it.

The ideal future flatmate is a nice and considerate person, and I think that's all we want :)

The bills are about £100 and since I was responsible for the council tax bill, you will be opening a new account with the council.

The room comes with a double bed (nice and very well looked after mattress), nice size wardrobe (was never enough for me), the small two seater couch and maybe both chest of drawers on both sides of the bed (see pic).

The move in date is flexible for the right person, but viewings to be arranged asap.
