Currently, there is one couple and two women living here. If you join us, you will be the fifth person.

Our home is not a party house, and we are quite sensitive about this. We make an effort to keep the noise down after 10:30 pm.

There is no shared living room; everyone spends time in their own room. As there is only one bathroom, everyone tries to finish and leave as early as possible. Everyone in the house is helpful and friendly.

Rent is £585, and the deposit is £750. If you like the room, after signing the contract, you will need to pay the security deposit, and you will need to pay your rent on the date you move in.

The bus stop is right in front of our house; you can use the 46, 49, or 2 buses to get anywhere. Sainsbury’s is a 3-minute walk away, and Coop is 5 minutes away. There are also many local shops, as well as pubs, restaurants, and cafes nearby.5 mins walk the Aldrington station.

Your room will include a bed, television, chest of drawers, refrigerator, wardrobe, and desk. You can bring any other furniture or items you may have.
