Hi, I'm Saskia, I'm 28 and am moving into a 2 bed flat in central Hove in mid December. I'm looking to find a friendly flat mate to move in with.

About Me:

I'm a very easy-going and considerate person. I'm a civil servant and would probably commute to London 2 days a week and work from home the other days.

I love being active, going to yoga classes, running, walking, climbing, being in nature and by the sea. I also love relaxing and being cosy indoors with film nights and reading. I'm independent but also sociable and would like a housemate who would want to cook and hang out from time to time.

My home space is important to me so I keep things tidy and am respectful of other people's space.

About the Flat:

It's a really lovely light, second-floor, two-bed flat in central Hove. Both bedrooms are spacious double rooms. The first bedroom is a bit larger with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a larger bathroom off the hallway. There is a big living room. There is a smart kitchen with large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and storage cupboard. The landlord previously lived there so everything is in great condition.

15 minute walk to Hove station and 30 minute walk to Brighton station/central Brighton. 5 minute walk to the seafront. Lots of cafes and shops nearby.

It is a 12 month tenancy with a 6 month break clause, starting in December 2024.

Total rent is £1800 for the flat so it would be £900 each.
