Hi everyone! I'm looking to rent my room in Manchester from January 6th to March 15th. It's located in Hulme, 15 minute walk into town, 15 mins from the nearest tram station (Cornbrook) and 5 mins to big Asda.

It's a double bed, decent sized room, with an ensuite, big cupboard space, big wardrobe, TV and 2 drawers. Some of the storage may have to be used to keep some of my stuff but there is more than enough room!

Big living room, decent kitchen area, massive garden.
It's a 4 bedroom house, 3 great lads you'd be sharing with, all actors, anyone's welcome. Welcome to meet the tenants and view the house!

It's 420 pcm, bills not included, willing to possibly negotiate price and dates in an urgent need to let the place.
